AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE OF REDETERMINATION FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. Section 17b-342 of the 2010 supplement to the general statutes is amended by adding subsection (k) as follows (Effective July 1, 2010):

(NEW) (k) The commissioner shall notify any access agency or area agency on aging that administers the program when the department sends a redetermination of eligibility form to an individual who is a client of such agency.
