AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CONNECTICUT SENTENCING COMMISSION REGARDING FALSE STATEMENT

SUMMARY: This act renames two false statement crimes. It renames 1^st degree false statement as “false statement on a certified payroll” and 2^nd degree false statement as simply “false statement. ”

The act also makes technical, clarifying, and conforming changes.
