Sec. 3-99h. Benefit corporation registration voucher. The Secretary of the State shall provide a voucher for the amount of any registration or renewal fee for a (1) benefit corporation, as defined in section 33-1351, provided such corporation submits proof to the Secretary that the corporation meets the parameters of a benefit corporation, as defined in section 33-1351, or (2) a benefit corporation, as defined in section 33-1351, that is certified by an entity recognized by the Secretary for such certification purpose.
