AN ACT CONCERNING PROGRAMMING OFFERED BY THE OFFICE OF VICTIM SERVICES.
To require the Office of Victim Services to develop programming that is (1) designed to encourage more victims of abuse to report their experiences, and (2) focused on improving support systems throughout the investigatory and court processes.
