AN ACT CONCERNING TEMPORARY STATE-APPOINTED MONITORS FOR HOSPITAL-INITIATED CHANGES TO PHYSICIAN OR PHYSICIAN GROUP STAFFING.
To require the appointment of a state-appointed monitor for a period of one year in the event a hospital makes unilateral changes to the staffing of physician groups with seven or more members.
