AN ACT ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENT THAT FOOD PROTECTION MANAGERS AT CLASS 2 FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS PASS A TEST AS PART OF A FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM.
To eliminate the requirement that food protection managers at class 2 food establishments satisfactorily pass a test as part of a food protection manager certification program.
