AN ACT CONCERNING CANNABIS USE PREVENTION EFFORTS.
To (1) redirect additional funds to, and expand the permitted uses of the moneys in, the Cannabis Prevention and Recovery Services Fund, and (2) require the Connecticut Alcohol and Drug Policy Council to establish a cannabis health review panel.
