AN ACT REQUIRING REVIEW OF PURCHASE CARD TRANSACTIONS AND ADMINISTRATORS OF PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION TO RESIDE IN THE STATE.
To require (1) review of the purchase card transactions made by administrators of public institutions of higher education, and (2) such administrators to reside in the state within three months of being hired.
