AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPALITIES ELIGIBLE TO PROPOSE PROJECTS FOR CONSIDERATION BY THE COMMUNITY INVESTMENT FUND 2030 BOARD.
To allow municipalities with an economically distressed census tract located within such municipality to propose eligible projects for consideration by the Community Investment Fund 2030 Board.
