AN ACT REQUIRING PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION TO REPAY STUDENT LOANS FOR A GRADUATE WHO IS GRANTED BANKRUPTCY PROTECTION.
To require public institutions of higher education to repay student loans for any graduate who is granted bankruptcy protection not more than ten years after graduating from such institution.
