AN ACT REQUIRING PATIENTS TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET AND THEIR PERSONAL CELLULAR TELEPHONE WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT OF A PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITY.
To require hospitals to provide a patient who is being treated for a psychiatric disability with access to the Internet and their personal cellular telephone.
