AN ACT PROHIBITING THE PURCHASE AND USE OF SMALL UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS THAT ARE MANUFACTURED OR ASSEMBLED BY FOREIGN ENTITIES THAT POSE A SECURITY RISK.
To safeguard the public by prohibiting the purchase and use of small unmanned aircraft systems that are manufactured or assembled by any foreign entity that poses a security risk.
