AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FIRE AND CATASTROPHIC RESTORATION BUSINESS LICENSE.
To (1) provide for the Office of the State Fire Marshall to license fire and catastrophic restoration businesses, and (2) establish and maintain a registry of licensed fire and catastrophic restoration businesses.
