AN ACT ESTABLISHING BUSWAY EAST TO CONNECT MANCHESTER, HARTFORD, THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT AT STORRS AND MANSFIELD.
To establish and fund a busway to leverage Manchester's strategic location halfway between Hartford and Mansfield, spur economic development, reduce motor vehicle use and improve equity in education, income, wealth and health outcomes.
