AN ACT CONCERNING CAR DEALER CONVEYANCE FEES.
To protect consumers by replacing a vague dealer conveyance fee that is added to the sale price of a motor vehicle at the time of purchase with a specific dealer conveyance fee or fees based on the actual conveyance process from dealer to consumer.
