AN ACT REQUIRING THE RENEGOTIATION OF CERTAIN AGREEMENTS WITH THE MOHEGAN TRIBE.
To require the renegotiation of an agreement between the Mohegan Tribe and the state concerning the deletion of provisions requiring the tribe to make payments in lieu of taxes on certain real property to the town of Montville and to require the town of Montville to commence discussions with the tribe concerning a revised agreement.
