AN ACT REDUCING INTEREST DUE ON CERTAIN DELINQUENT MUNICIPAL PROPERTY TAXES.
To reduce from eighteen per cent to twelve per cent the interest due on unpaid taxes on real property if a lien placed on such property by a municipal tax collector to secure payment of such lien is assigned to a third party.
