AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH'S RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING FOOD SAFETY AND ORAL HEALTH.
To (1) increase the average monthly fluoride content of water systems, and (2) require the Commissioner of Public Health to adopt and administer by reference the United States Food and Drug Administration's Food Code and any revision thereto issued on or before December 31, 2024.
