AN ACT ELIMINATING STATE TAXES OR FEES FOR WHICH COLLECTION COSTS EXCEED THE REVENUE RECEIVED.
To eliminate any state tax or fee for which the cost of collection exceeds the revenue received by the state from the imposition of such tax or fee.
