AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY FOR VIRTUAL MONITORING IN RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES.
To extend protections for the use of technology for the purpose of virtual monitoring and virtual visitation to residents of residential care homes and prescribe a penalty for violation of such protections.
