AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE FOR PATIENTS RECEIVING HOSPICE CARE AT A SHORT-TERM HOSPICE SPECIALTY HOSPITAL OR A HOSPICE FACILITY.
To provide state medical assistance to cover room and board costs for patients receiving hospice care at a short-term hospice specialty hospital or a hospice facility.
