AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CAREER PIPELINE PROGRAM FOR AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETING AND INCREASING STATE ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WHO ARE BLIND OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED AND DEAF.
