AN ACT CONCERNING LEGAL LIABILITY FOR THE OWNER OF A FIREARM WHOSE FIREARM IS USED IN THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY OR MISDEMEANOR.
To provide that a civil action may be brought against a gun owner whose firearm is used in the commission of a misdemeanor or felony and that a prevailing plaintiff in such action shall be entitled to damages, costs and attorney's fees.
