AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF AGING AND DISABILITY SERVICES' RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING MUNICIPAL AGENTS FOR AGING.
To (1) require municipal agents to (A) be free of any conflict of interest or perceived conflict of interest, (B) certify in writing the absence of any such conflict, and (C) inform the appointing authority of the existence of any such conflict if one arises, and (2) allow municipalities to jointly appoint municipal agents.
