AN ACT STUDYING EFFORTS TO INCREASE VOTER PARTICIPATION AND AUTHORIZING MUNICIPAL PILOT PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE SUCH EFFORTS.
To (1) establish a task force to study increasing voter participation, and civic engagement generally, in this state, and (2) allow municipalities to establish pilot programs to promote the goal of achieving one hundred per cent voter participation.
