AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF ANNUAL TRAINING TO A PERSON APPOINTED AS A CONSERVATOR IN A PROBATE COURT PROCEEDING.
To require the Probate Court Administrator to establish and implement an annual training program for persons appointed as a conservator in a Probate Court proceeding.
