AN ACT CONCERNING THE SUSPENSION OF AN OPERATOR'S LICENSE FOR REPEATEDLY FAILING TO STOP FOR A SCHOOL BUS.
To suspend the operator's license of a person who has repeatedly violated state law requiring a motor vehicle to stop for a school bus that is displaying flashing red signal lights.
