Task Force to Study Paid Sick Leave Tax Credits

Public Act No. 24-8 There is established a task force to study the establishment of paid sick leave tax credits for employers that employ five or less individuals in the state. The task force shall examine the feasibility of establishing a tax credit for such employers, including whether or how to mitigate any expenses incurred by such employers due to the provisions of sections 31-57r to 31-57w, inclusive, of the general statutes, as amended by this act.
