Transportation Network and Delivery Companies Task Force

Public Act No. 25-168 There is established a working group to study the working conditions and compensation of transportation network company and third-party delivery company drivers. Such study shall include, but need not be limited to, a review of the report submitted pursuant to section 242 of this act. The working group shall provide recommendations relating to (1) minimum pay for transportation network company drivers and third-party delivery company drivers, and (2) the fair treatment of transportation network company and third-party delivery company drivers.
